We are excited to announce that the MEGA project poster, “The MEGA project: Digitalising the Erasmus+ grants payment system”, has been recognised as one of the three winners of the Best Poster Award at the 2024 EAIE Conference in Toulouse, and the best one in the timeslot when it was presented. The poster stood out for its innovative and creative approach, capturing the attention of numerous conference participants.
The poster was presented by Donato Lorubio and Vanessa Deweer from the University of Lorraine, along with Anikó Makkai-Kovács from the European University Foundation, and several representatives of the project partners including Mendel University in Brno, Hogskulen pa Vestlandet, Instituto Politecnico de Coimbra and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. The poster highlights a game-changing solution for Erasmus+ grant management. By eliminating delays in payments, the digital tool benefits both administrative staff and mobile students, ensuring timely disbursements.
