Between 11 and 13 March 2026, representatives from the European University Foundation,  Université Paris-Est Créteil, and University of Warsaw took part in the first INSIGHT study visit, hosted by the project coordinator, Palacký University Olomouc, in Olomouc.

The three-day visit focused on innovative approaches to well-being in higher education, offering participants the opportunity to explore how partner institutions are working to create more welcoming and inclusive environments for both local and international students. Through presentations, discussions, and exchanges of practice, participants shared their respective experiences and learnt from one another into supporting diverse academic communities.

First study visit of the INSIGHT project

Beyond the thematic focus, the study visit marked an important milestone for the consortium. Following the online kick-off meeting, it provided the first opportunity for partners to meet in person, strengthen collaboration, and align on the next steps of the project. Discussions also allowed partners to further develop activities planned for 2026 and ensure a shared vision moving forward.
