Cancellation of the event

The EUF reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the event, for any circumstances beyond the EUF’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of the event itself. The EUF will not accept liability for any losses and/or damages registered participants may suffer on account of any alteration or cancellation.

Insurance

The EUF does not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property of the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.

Data protection

By registering, you agree that the EUF processes personal data contained within the registration process (name, surname, email address and institution/company) and you agree to the processing of such data for the sole purpose of preparing your attendance to this event.

After the event, your data will be recorded and stored on the EUF’s storage solution provided by Google and Microsoft for five years after the completion of the ERUM project. You have the right to remove, restrict data processing as well as consult your personal data in order to verify its accuracy and to correct any errors by sending a request by email to contact@uni-foundation.eu.

We will not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing. More information about the EUF’s data protection policy is available here.

Please note that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event to be used by the organisers in public relation activities (print and online publications).
