Mobile Minds in Motion Workshop in Brussels on 15 October

As part of the Higher Education Transformation Week, the Mobile Minds in Motion project invites International Relations Officers and higher education professionals to an interactive workshop exploring the intersection of student mobility and mental wellbeing:

Supporting students’ mental health wherever they go

Thursday, 15 October (09:00–12:30)

Brussels

Drawing on the findings of the Mobile Minds in Motion project, the session will present emerging evidence on the mental health challenges experienced by mobile students before, during and after their international experience. Participants will discover practical resources, including the MMM Learning Hub and checklists, designed to help institutions better respond to students’ emotional and psychological needs.

Through case studies, discussions and peer exchange, participants will reflect on current practices, share common challenges and identify practical approaches to strengthening wellbeing support within their institutions.

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with:

  • a deeper understanding of mobile students’ mental health challenges;
  • practical tools and guidance developed through the Mobile Minds in Motion project;
  • opportunities to exchange experiences with peers from across Europe;
  • concrete ideas to strengthen institutional support for mobile students.

This workshop is for International Relations Officers, student support professionals, wellbeing practitioners, Erasmus+ coordinators, and other higher education staff working with mobile students.
