What if every European project could measure its environmental impact – and take real steps to improve it? GreenEURproject brings this vision to life by introducing a comprehensive green label that not only evaluates projects’ ecological footprints but also empowers leaders to adopt sustainable practices at every stage of project development. With its easy-to-use environmental impact calculator and practical guidelines, GreenEURproject transforms sustainability into an achievable goal for Erasmus+ and beyond.
Through this project, leaders, evaluators, and communities gain a powerful tool for tracking impact, both qualitative and quantitative. And it goes further, the GreenEUR label will publicly recognise projects committed to sustainability, giving them a visible edge and enhancing their credibility with stakeholders. By aligning with the EU’s sustainability goals, GreenEURproject helps reshape project management across sectors, providing a simple, standardised framework to drive eco-friendly practices in planning, execution and evaluation. Through this green label, we envision a European project landscape where every action is more eco-conscious and every project leaves a positive footprint for future generations. However, this isn’t just about awarding a label; it’s about paving the way for a future where all EU-funded projects are environmentally responsible, setting a new standard for a greener, more resilient Europe. And more than that, GreenEURproject can be a first step towards a change in global institution management, by enlightening eco-friendly behaviours in all institutional life.
