The first DocMob meeting was mainly dedicated to set up the collaboration between partners: appointment of leaders and co-leaders, creation of a common workspace, communication strategy, etc.
The kick-off meeting was also the occasion to deepen our knowledge of doctoral mobility, and see how it is handled by each partner and in each country.
During the meeting, we discussed about the main tools used for an Erasmus+ mobility: bilateral agreement, learning agreement and transcript of records. None of the partners uses specific templates for doctoral mobility. We shared the first ideas on how to set-up new templates. We worked on the survey we decided to spread to all European higher education institutions to understand their use of the Erasmus+ funding for third cycle mobilities.
EUF introduced the PhDHub project and its potential links with DocMob.
