The first draft of each Erasmus+ template we worked on between the two meetings we presented and discussed. The discussion served to update the templates and they were shared with the partners after the meeting.
The results of the survey on doctoral mobility were presented as well and allowed the partners to gain a better understanding on the use of Erasmus+ funds and the obstacles higher education institutions face when organising Erasmus+ doctoral mobility. It was decided that the survey’s results will be included in the DocMob handbook and made available on the project website after the end of the project. The next steps to take are: each project partner is to conduct interviews with their partners and third cycle students in order to deepen the understanding on the difficulty of using Erasmus+ funds for doctoral student mobility, and collect ideas and best practices.
