DACEM has made appearances across Europe, bringing the idea of a digital course catalogue closer to students and higher education staff alike.

A highlight of the project’s outreach was the participatory session at the Erasmus Generation meeting in Ancona, where the project coordinator invited students to share their views and ideas on the type of information they would like to see in a digital course catalogue. Their feedback is helping DACEM shape a tool that truly meets the needs of students navigating academic opportunities across borders.

Another standout moment came at the 35th EAIE conference in Gothenburg, where colleagues from Charles University guided curious visitors through the concept of the DACEM course catalogue. Participants discussed why its development is timely and how it will benefit both higher education staff and students preparing for mobility experiences.

The project has also been presented at EDUNINE 2025 – IEEE Engineering Education World Conference, ERACON in Thessaloniki, and at the 1st Hellenic Mediterranean University International Week for Academic Libraries and will be showcased for the second consecutive year at the Frontiers in Education (FIE) conference in Nashville (U.S.), this November.

With each event, DACEM continues to advocate for the benefits of digital course catalogues, ensuring its vision reaches students, higher education professionals, and institutions across Europe and beyond.
