Advancing student mobility: partner universities meet in Prague to plan the final sprint

February 2, 2026

On 22–23 January, the International Relations Office of the Rectorate of Charles University welcomed partners from across Europe for a key meeting of the DACEM project. The project is all about making it easier for students to find reliable, up-to-date information when considering studies abroad.

During the two-day meeting, partners dove into project tasks and discussed how to structure the platform for maximum clarity and usefulness. The goal is to create a platform that helps not just Erasmus+ exchange students, but also anyone considering full or partial studies abroad. A standout feature will be the wealth of information it provides: from study programmes and individual courses to detailed insights about universities, campuses, facilities, student services, and more. Everything students need will be in one central, easy-to-access place.

The DACEM project, running until mid 2026, aims to make studying abroad smoother and more transparent for students, while also offering universities a single platform to share key academic and institutional information.
